Remind me again...will a 2000 size Exceler spool fit on a Caldia Kix 1500 body like the Kix's original spool?

nope
i could be wrong because i havent had a play with a kix before but generally speaking the daiwa reels with the "hyper tournament drag" wont take the ordinary daiwa spools but they will take the spools of other reels with the tourni drag. ie tierra to sol will work but cheaper reels arent compatible. cheers luke
