I thought I would give you a last minute reminder for the Gippsland Lakes Grand Final in that you need to have an up to date set of flares on board while on the Gippsland Lakes and Rivers.

if i remember correctly you said at the glenelg round if you qualify for the grand final you must fish with the boater or non boater you qualify with if your team member can't make it another spot will be avalible. a few teams have chopped and changed so whats the go there???

Hi Mate

Yeah what happened is a number of teams had their partner not able to fish the grand final so there were people from different teams who had both qualified needing a partner so I paired them up so they could fish the Grand Final together. As both anglers had qualified for the Grand Final there was no problem teaming them up. Every single angler fishing the Grand Final whether in the same team or with a new partner has qualified in the previous 3 qualifying rounds this year.

Some teams pulled out all together which meant the next team in line from that Round moved up into qualificiation to ensure we had 40 teams in the field.
