Airity 2506 or Certate 2000?

Requested by a friend to put this up:
Given the price of the Airity has now plunged to below that of the Certate, which would be a better reel to get? The main use of it would be for breaming, the 2506 Airity is the finesse version of the Airity which means its even lighter (195gr) with a shallow spool for light line. It will be matched up to a Heartland Z Finesse Special. Which would you recommend between the 2?

Is there any chance that the potential buyer is felix? I had one shimano biomaster shallow spool a few years back, cast well, and excellent for braid, do not need much backing. But how come it seems all the shallow spool reel has less powerful drag pressure? It turns me off a bit, more is better isn't it.

Im not expert Isokaze but I would be guessing it has something to do with the finesse spool and the finesse tackle used on it ie - supe light lines. I wouldnt be using big drag pressure on 2lb if I was you

cheers, Nathan

Gee whiz. What a decision to make. umm....... both great reels. How do they balance the outfit? Any one better than the other? If one is better, buy that one. That's my opinion.
