Reels Reels Reels

Im heading to singapore in about 4 weeks during the school holidays. i will be visiting alot of fishing shops and will be looking for a new reel. So if any of you have any suggestions on what reel i should get that will be much appreciated. I am willing to spend alot of money on my reel so all suggestion will be considered.

If you are prepared to spend the dollars, go the Exist, if you don't want to part with that much, go the Certate or Airity, if thats to much go the luvias.

Dell the only thing you need to be carefull on is the warranty on the reel. You might find the dealers over hear in aus won't cover it under warranty if bought from overseas. Also models may differ so check availability of parts aswell. It's just a thought mate i might be wrong. Your probably better of buying one here in aus if ya don't mind spending the money. I've just purchased/lay-buyed my self a twin power 1000 by shimano and it's pretty sweet mate. It was a pretty reasonable price as well.
cheers

mate i will take this under serious consideration because you're right i might buy a reel that may breakdown and there may not be any spare parts here. the reels just seem cheaper in singapore so i was thinking of getting one there. But if they don't come with a reasonable waranty and if spare parts are hard to obtain then id probably not get it. Then again i got a mate who works at a tackle shop and he reckons he can order stuff in if i ever needed anything.

Thanx for reminding me about waranty and parts though it was really helpful.

availability of parts wont be a problem and you will be able to get the reel serviced you just wont be covered by warranty. personally i dont care about warranties as i have never got a reel repaired on warranty anyway.

Step 1- Buy a gun.

Step 2- Hold up tackle stores across Singapore systematically until you have recieved the equivelant amount of fishing as you paid for the gun.

Step 3- Sell the gun.

I hope you dont take this seriously Kendall

Cheers
Rohan

Try to hold a toy guy at the airport and see what happen. No more fishing for some time!
Go for stella or exist,
then certate.
