flouro plastics

what do fluoro coloured plastics represent???

its obvious what the natural colours look like...shrimp, worms etc but chartruese??

my way of thinking is that they are an attracter colour. am i in the ball park or the parking lot??

i know when i use to fly fish, i used flies that didnt represent anything yet caught plenty of fish.

bream are inquisitive by nature...well sometimes....so maybe the bright colours make them curious.

been wondering about this for awhile....finally got around to asking
