Melbourne Landbased Fly
Lads,
As a keen flyfisho, and new addict to bream sportfishing (mostly plastics so far) I am keen to apply the 6wt to some of our Yarra/Marribynong bream. As a non-boater I am a bit limited and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction, as all areas I normally fish from the shore dont really cater for a backcast! Also wondering if anyone has had much success swoffing from the shore around Melb? Cheers Justin

welcome to your newest addiction  we are organising a get together on march 10th at 5pm on the maribyrnong. your more than welcome to come along and show us some of the finer points of swoffing. i havent cast a fly in nearly 10 years....might have to dig out the fly gear...oh no...i feel another spending spree coming on
