i understand people issues with payment being made and rods not delivered but the last conversation i had with him when i he was in getting some xrays led me to beleive that he had lost somthing close to 10k worth of rods in damage by both companies and neither where honoring insurance claims.

I would have thought his own business insurance would have covered for loss or damage of goods in transit ?
Hopefully he is alright and everything gets resolved soon in the near future .
