Working in the lawnmowing and garden industry i was on a forum where folks were discussing about getting the money up front for larger jobs such as landscaping etc.

Once folks got the money in there hand up front most said they lost the urgency and motivation to do the work, they always did the work but they never hurried themselves and took their time, unlike jobs where they had not got paid yet, where they did them promptly.

Dodgy Dodgy Dodgy alright!!!!!

I feel for all those who have put up the money and have recieved nothing, I suggest you all get together as a group and take action, there are a few options that are available to you ie Court Orders, Consumer Affairs.

You have all been done unfortunately a real pity considering he was a site sponsor

So how many people are we talking about here? Might as well band together to see what we can salvage rather than putting in seperate claims?. I am $500 in the whole for an elite swizzle sold most of my existing gear to pay for it,so I would like to see something for my $500. Consumer affairs looks interesting but not sure about who looks after the NSW chapter of the Christopher Skase rod builders alliance .

Guys I am not sure that a public forum is the best place to be discussing business matters such as this, I accept the fact that Perrie is obviously not so good with communication, but I would think by contributing to this forum is not going to help the matter.

Making threats is certainly not going to improve the matter either.

If he has not posted yet then I would suggest that he is not likely to in the future.

I suggest you keep trying to contact him in other ways.
