you got it

Dude that is wicked!! That Pic takes the cake!!! I've seen EP that size take a DOA prawn but never seen a Bream do that. The fish down that way must be on Roids to be that brave or is it outfall from the Smelter effecting thier brain? A lot of land based anglers down this way would either put him staight thru the mincer or cook him on a smokey green tee tree fire. I bet he had a story to tell his mates by the time you put him back.
PS: I note u've re hooked the lure with something decent.

Dam Carp! Pygme are slickin us out!!!

Caught this mongrel today in the Tambo river and it trashed my pygmy trebbles!! Weighed in at over 8Lbs. I've never eaten a Mud Shark before but due to the damage it done to my lure I thougth I'm gunna get some pay back and try a bit(I won't even touch them normally) it is a big job to get fillet (unless you have an ethnic upbringing). I'm sure I gunna cop some flack for this but it wasn't to bad to chew on and I really would consider eating it again.
PS: why is it that no one is posting to this thread, come on guys get into it!!!

I tell ya it sucks when I see a different colour to what i already own hanging out of a fishes mouth, it means I have to go and pick one up from the shop. No dramas though its great to see what colours are working, and im a hardbody addict which helps...

Grr... I havent caught on the strike pro's yet, I dont count grunters and blowies. Which is a shame because they have a great slow action and cast great.

Tambo update

Guys I forgot to mention the Tambo above the blue hole is fishing really well on soft plastics but only if your chasing Flatties there are a few Yanks but most are Duskies. I did it pretty tough chasing the Bream with only two landed and they were both small.
It rained and blew it's arse off for the two days but that was OK becuase I was fishing with my Dad.
Ruski If your keen and your not locked into the Tambo with accommodation I would seriously consider hitting Hollands Landing, I've heard some ripper reports in the last week. Bream & EP are going off!!!!
