Tying stingers

Hey guys

How do you tie a stinger to your plastic?

Alot of people are using these nowadays and it's something I want to start using just have no idea how to tie them?

Thanks in advance.

Todd

Do a search and you should find pics of how I rig mine with sandworms. Very successful method.

Mate i guess i can depend on what plastics you plan on using a stinger on. When i have used a stinger in the past, not for a long time mind you, all i did was tie a strip of leader to the jig head and a small sharp hook or treble to the other end and just have it hanging loose with the hook right at the tail end, otherwise having the hook point through the tail end as shown in the pic on that thread. I have found this has worked well with worm plastics ect. I just use any regular knot (Uni knot) to tie the stinger.
