Reel Maintenance.

Hi All,
Just wondering what we all do?
There are lots of do & donts that you hear about, what I'm asking is what we do after every salty fish.
I basically tighten the drags and give them a hosing(light) or shower with them. Is this sufficient or recommended?
Some of my reels have a draiage vent for washing and some dont but all get low pressure water treatment for the aove mentioned methods.
I currently dont use any lubricants, which is better for external protection Lannox or Innox.
