Hi Brad, has your outboard gone for it's 10 hours service yet? I just had my 20 hours done as hard to get it booked in. Would be interested to know how much you paid for the service, but then being in the country I guess it's more expensive.

Cheers

Carol- yeah well past 10 hrs. It will get serviced after the walpole comp.

Servicing wont cost much as its getting done at the dealer who spono'ed the package a little. I am going to try to do it myself under the watch of their mechanic so i know how to do it myself from then on.

Thanks for the reply, lucky you indeed! Well there is a new outboard course coming up and I will be attending that to learn the basics but don't think I'll be able to service it myself, and this course teaches you how to do the impeller yourself too.

Well, when I picked up the boat after the service, the guys showed me the basis what parts to spray etc, and what the grease nipples is that you boys are always talking about. At least now I know what it is .... what about to grease ... well work it out for yourself ... so all I can say it, um, great service, caught me just on time! Ha, only kidding!

Well i dont have any change from 10K for the boat and all the mods....

Livewell gravity overflow on the starboard side and drains into the bottom of the boat and bilge pump sucks it out
