Recommended maximum charge input for AGM batteries is 14.7 volts depending on battery manufacturer (check specifications) the charger you have shown (transformer type) can give variable charge amounts and could be up as high as 16 to 19 volts or more depending on the state of the battery. Higher voltages are supplied when the battery is getting up around its charged state.

If it is supplying too many volts there is no way for you to know, unless it is specifically in the chargers instructions.

Most AGM manufacturers (probably all) do not recommend using, transformer type chargers.

Ian.
