Indeed it's a tuned sol It'd be a pixy if I fished fresh more often. Sols a nice median, suits very nicely aswell.

Cheers bomb

I don't do alot of bream fishing these days but it would have to be the bayliner/2004 luvius.

In winter the bc outfits get used mainly for the threadys and jewies up here in bris. In summer jacks, giant herring, and big gt's are the targets .

Assuming you're meaning balance wise, there's no real right or wrong answer. They're fair tip heavy rods man, the 7 footer is anyway.

A cheaper 1000 yeah, a higher end one (i.e luvi or exist, sub 170gish) would have it feeling way tip heavy.

Sol 2000's (230g) are a decent match IMO, like with anything though depends on your personal preference. A lot of dudes run gekkas on them but I personally reckon that match feels crap.

Unless you wanna muck with butt weights, then you can throw pretty well whatever you want on it.

Mcq look well prepared haha, fark I wish we had Jacks down here. Bream on roids

Always wondered if they would take a gulp bread immo. If doing that though might as well use bait anyway

Had fun on big sweep in shallow pools on bream gear but. Strongies are the next yorkes bream gear target this summer. Got a feeling its not going to go well haha
