LOL !!! it's ok mate .. reels are bought to be used so a few scratches will be ok

it irks me when I see pics of reels in sand (and not leaning on the knob) whilst taking a pic of a capture ..

will they work?

These may be a good alternative. I have one, brilliant topwater/sub surface lure, very realistic rolling action, brilliant finish and It doesn't matter if a barra eventually breaks one cus they're only $14 from shimreels. Might want to upgrade to owners though.

I've scratched many reels and broken rod tips during my younger years when using them during FISHING and mishaps do happen but its another matter purposefully putting them on concrete hence exposing your stuff to get damaged unneccesarily. This is imo.

lures posted not under collection as they will be use therefore don't think they will be allowed there.

Only lures that are being collected and never going for a swim should be there? hence the title : "My Lure Collection" ??? please do correct me if I am wrong.

opss. my bad... title was really misleading.

just had a look there but from most of the post there, i would have thought it would have been titled "my lure box" or "lures" but defiantly not "My Lure Collection"

haha you guys are funny. Its called my lure collection because once you accumlate soo many it becomes a collection. Because you only ever end up using 10 lures out of about 100 or more. so they ones that just sit there become a colletion. Makes sense?

back on the topic of bling...I am seeing some very nice bling can't wait to see the new certate with the cool new spool and colouration

Thats a nice reel mate. I had a spin with it at store, its a solid reel built like an armoured tank and weighs like one too in a good way.
