If I could own anything that Diawa produced it would be that reel. So sexy and so defined!

Just got this sweet new combo - casts a mile and I can rip lures back at high speed. The Morethan has surprisingly low cranking power however!

Nice brams!! What do you mean by low cranking power?
Here's my well used weapon! I love it off the beach.

There's a lot of resistance when turning the handle and pulling in 12 cm minnows. Apart from that its silky smooth, using small metals are a joy. What line are you running on your certate? I notice the rcs handle on yours I'm about to upgrade from the t-knob to the power round knob!

I think what Brams says is it doesn't feel there's much torque in the reel when you wind.

Ok fair enough, yea I don't put Eva round knobs on any of my bream style gear I find it feels ordinary for that but it's good for faster winding on bigger reels.
The line is pe1 20lb ygk x8 I get it from jpangler it's great.

Lack of torque has been quite an issue. I have been using 25 g Maria shoretricker micro jigs as high speed metals. They have an erratic side to side action like a vibe so when they are ripped through at pace they generate a lot of vibration which is good but also a lot of resistance. Using a thinner profile metal without the intense vibration like a spanyid sniper or halco twisty the reel is super smooth. Mazman as far as I can tell from 6 sessions use the magseal has done it's job and is stopping intrusion - however I will never know for sure.
