I use genuine childrens tears personally, the fear seems to attract the fish better??

It is also believed that Chuck Norris is the one who harvests these tears, although he has never revealed the methods in which he attains them

G, f4 68srxc, bought it as a lighter jack outfit, have it matched with a Stella 2500fd.

Look out Ulladulla/JB kingfish.

10K will be for down rigging but mainly popping. I've yet to get a metre king on the pop so that's something I want to tick off the list during January holidays.

20K is for everything but mainly dragging around big livies on the downrigger. If we can go wide enough and switch bait a Marlin i'll be a very happy boy!

So there are my 2 goals for this January! A marlin and a 15KG king (even better if I can get it on the pop)

Very cool! Whats the fishery like on the south coast popping for kings? A lot of hard work or what?

What rod is the 10 going on?

Pretty good mate, you really got to put the effort in though... You definitely get most of them on the inshore reefs downrigging but nothing beats them on top water, especially when you can hear them sucking the popper or stickbait in from 40-30 metres away. I haven't done a whole lot of it but... More fishing for reds on plastics. Just going prepared for this year!

I like the Daiwa demon blood 702, light as a feather with heaps of guts but would prefer at least 7'6. If I can't find anything else before Christmas ill just stick with that as its going to be my land based jew outfit too.
