Crap like that should be a thing of the past. Even most cheap chinese rip off reels have instant anti reverse now days.
It is because they are based of ISO reels which originally have a anti reverse lever.

Also got an Ultimo 79MH for myself. Love these rods matched with a 10K stella.
Me and the old man have custom GT78 power fights for the popping, and Illex Ashura Waiefu for our stickbait work. I had a Komodo Dragon but sold it off because I actually found it too tough on the body for a whole day of casting.

I would love to get an Ultimo 79MH for my medium work. its really the only thing I'm really missing.

Being 7'6 and with a lightish tip I reckon the HH you could easily throw heavy placcies Off the rocks.

Got a new baitcaster (rod and reel) last week. tested it out over the weekend, I'm a big fan. I got it for chucking spinnerbaits and jackalls and it does it that very well. It loads up really nice too. I have had a few zillions before and they are pretty good so I got another one to put on the new Duff BC.

Some good quality gear there. It kinda looks like they are floating in the air in that pic.

Cheers
