I guess Honda's are a love/hate things. Only half decent car I can drive on my greens besides an autech S15 or XR6 ute... and I know to many people that drive them lol Working and living near bankstown I would just be a cop magnet they way I would go with an S15... so meh. That's why I like my Foz... it's practical... clean and legal

Those rims would look great on my red ute. I've always loved black rims.
Get in touch with him mate, he'll point you in the right direction, even if your just after info or recommendations. He'll go threw everything... Guide setup... grip setup the lot! but those MB's are a thing of beauty, I was considering a kirisame for awhile... but went with the duffs.. How do you rate your MB's?

They vary in price in what you choose to put on the rod, shoot Steve an email at Steve@Duffrods.com.au with some info on what you want from a rod and he'll recommend something from his stable or build something totally custom for you.

Nice foz, always had a soft spot for them. I am always a fan of bronze work rims with blue lug nuts!

Just on the duffies, If you have every considered one but are worried about buying a rod sight unseen, take your time to track down a local dealer who has duffies and have a play with them. I received my 820/840 and 860 about 2-ish weeks ago and the craftsmanship is bar none! If you're in the market for a high end rod... Seriously give Duff a call... These rods are off the scale! As you can see I had them colour coded with the bindings and grips and can't wait till I have the funds for the next lot of duffs which will be the TPR/TPB and TPF
Very nice.

Each one was a kustom Joel, I went with the 820,840 and 860 base models and and changed a few things.

They're 18's, i'm fairly happy with them. I have Matte black nuts too and (apparently) was the first person in Aus to get them as the delivery arrived when they were doing my car, pretty sure they were just bullDohDohDohDohting to up sell me stuff but I LOATH anything chrome so I went with them

A week and $80 later for the set of nuts they started to rust

Do the Duff rods feel ok with your thumb on the lock down nut when holding the rod?

It has never bothered me, my 840 only sits 3 threads out max on my 2004 Steez. If it ever does then some plumbers tape should fix it... but yea, not a giant issue

Thanks for the reply.
I have similar handles on some of my bream and bass rods but they tighten up from the base instead of the top.
