Cannot live without the new Knob. Feels amazing. Looks amazing. By far the smoothest reel I have ever come across

Covers alot of bases

Love the Certates Joel. Personally I'm not sure if the Blue RCS spool quite works. You need the 2004 Certate spool. Love the knob though!

Can I have your RCS spool for my Luvias...

Hey Chief you mean the looks of it? Yeah it's hard to capture with my crappy camera but it looks blinging in person. But you're right the 2004 chrome/silverish spool looks insane.

I don't think you can buy them though?

Yeah the RCS Knob is beyond comfortable. It's like holding a cloud

And I need the spool haha the braid cost me a pretty penny!

Matched this beast to a DSR 820 GLX. Absolute heaven!

Yeah just doesn't quite look right. It's close but slightly to bright, could be the photo. Not bad but compared to the 2004 spool I have on mine.. Don't know if you can buy them either. I use mine on a 101. Love that combo!

I have a 2506 Certate on the way. CAN'T WAIT!!!

Yeah cheers Toby I can thank you for this one that's for sure. That Certates are beyond awesome. I sat in the shop with a few stellas and the certate and the Certate blew the stella and every other reel in the shop away in terms of smoothness. Love it.

And the knob was well worth it. Superb.

Also nice job on the bream have you finished your holiday? You get much else?

I figured in buying the 2000 I could get the 2004 spool and run 2 sets of line class which is what I've done. 4lb and 8lb. Will typically use me 4 pound for breamin and 8lb for everything else.

Cheers!

I have a few certates now so the 2004 was a no brainer for me personally, glad you love the 2004 spool. the drags sounds so nice when its screaming off.

Just got back from my little break, donged a few just on the 40fork all hard on timber so that was fun , ha ha many lost HB's though.

Also managed an 82cm flatty on an sx40 on 4lb leader ha ha the 2kg drag and light leader meant i had to fire the motor up and chase her, ha ha the leccy wasnt fast enough

Heres some of my gear
Morethan branzino 3000 on Sol type II HFS rod

2010 Certate 2500R on Sol type II MFS rod

3000 Sol on XT rod

2500 Sol on Berkley dropshot rod

And for when the big bream are around...
Okuma Salina 16000 on Shimano Tcurve rod 85lb braid.

This is the family, I also have or should I say had a shimano twinpower 10000fc on a Tcurve but the reel felt like a grinder so it's gone back to shimano.. Should have got another salina II instead but too late now my money went to shimano so might upgrade it to a Stella SW 8000.

And a double sided box of my favorite lures.

just modified the butt of a mates rod. The grips were way too short for the rod, so i extended them a bit. The rod originally stopped where the metal part is on the left next to the new binding i put in over the carbon tube
