Depends on how you intend to use the boat. If you will cover a lot of ground and have a passenger regularly than I'd get the 40 four stroke. If you won't cover much ground and will mainly do estuary and light offshore work by yourself than I'd go the Suzuki 30hp 2 stroke.
My Suzuki moves a 4.3 tinny at 20 knots and cost nearly $5k less than the 40 4 stroke. I mostly use the Minn Kota
