Bass fishing
 

Had the best weather possible yesterday. Headed off to a local dam where I often struggle to catch anything. Decided to set the GoPro up for the first time in around a year. Yeah I know very little about bass - do you go looking for them on the sounder then cast or just prospect around with lures

I'm also a novice and just getting started so no real expert advice. Mainly paddling around trying to find them on the sounder. I have learnt not to strike. Keep on slow rolling whilst you feel the bass mouth/nudge the lure and hope one strikes.

When surface fishing just randomly throwing lures around the edges. Bit like targeting bream with pauses.
