hi all just wondering what everyone thinks is better a spinning rod and reel or a baitcaster rod and reel and whats is a good outfit in both catagories

Definitly eggbeater mate. And what type of rod n reel depends on your $$, whats your price range for each, BREAMMASTER has pretty much got some nice combo`s organised online. check them out. Hes mentioned them in another post today.

Got no info for ya for baitcasters as Id never consider using one for breamin....
