How to put up your personal picture

I've seen some of you guys have a picture on the left just where the number of post you have done is.
How did you get it there
Also how do you show a signature

your help will be appreciated

PS are any of you having trouble writing messages. As i was trying to write this message it kept trying to scroll down to the bottom of the writing pad. I wasn't causing this i'm sure

Dont know if there is another way to get to the options but this is how i usually do it.

Click on forums, then at ur top right under the main tabs ther should be extra links. 'edit profile, register, calender etc'

Go to edit options and you should see new tabs. go for the 'edit options'. Bottom of this page there is under the title 'other options' an option for yer avatar. Should be common sense from here on.

For your signature the option is under edit profiles.

if u go into edit options there should be a page in there that says avater and that is where u can put a pic in .
