Hey guys, I'm after some info on suitable jig head molds. I did a search and found a couple of threads but they were mainly about the Do-it range of moulds.

I am basically after a mould that has a decent type of keeper on them, much like the Gamakatsu, Owner, Nitro jigs. If anyone knows where I can find some please let me know.

Thx

i havn't heard too much on jig mould but u can buy some 50 degree bend hooks and some split shot, owen showed me some jig heads that he had made on the weekend, using the wire out of a bread loaf twist tie as a keeper just bend it back,

I personally don't think it matters all that much, because after a while it tends to wear the head of the soft plastic!

I'd just be crimping some #2 split shot onto a bent mustad aberdeen hook!:D  ;) Give CHUNQX a p.m and he may be able to help you out. ;)

do-it has a mould for the gama hooks which produces a double collar on the jigs.
model # GRC-7-A
