my favourite bit is the point 2 where the guys points back to the shore (like drrrrrrr). Much easier than parking the car and then getting into the boat.

Well, you all know how difficult it can be to get a parking spot near the ramp sometimes :D

maybe someone should tell the car driver to put car in park and hand brake on after launching put car in drive not REVERSE

Has he been back since ??

Over at the Cleveland harbour about a month or 2 ago a guy in his 4wd decided to drive off the boat ramp, at low tide, out onto the mud flats and go for a bit of a spin.
Sure enough he got bogged, the tide came in and there was enough water to almost cover the vehicle. They had to get a crane in the following day at a cost of a few thousand $$$ to get it out. Made the local paper, with pictures. Think it was on page 3.

That looks like a Patrol - he probably just wacked it in low range and drove it across the other side of the bay underwater:D
