Hi Tasbream

where do you fish down that way?

I spent four years in Tas ten years ago but didnt catch any bream during my travels. Picked up a wife instead.

I caught plenty of flathead on softies thou, mainly out of the Tamar river

eddystone, yeah i have done a fair bit of breamin' but only with baits, and up until last year i fished gelstion bay HEAPS and got some bloody good bream too, umm east coast rivers like douglas, little swan port(swan river), a few places out of site from the road at lizdillon and bream creek.
also i have fished quite a large area of the eastern shore, from the bridge too maybe otago bay? but that about it. and in all those time never caught a bream on any sorf of lure.

where are you from ( i guess eddystone point??)
and how much breaming have u done in tassie with SP or HB im interested to really find out how to catch bream on these lure.

Hi TasBream,

As most will tell you once you break through you be right.

Have you visited my forum/site??

There are some keen breamos there.

Hi Fishtale,

Sounds like you fish similar areas to me. I haven't fished the swan. I have fished ansons with bait heaps but only just started using lures.

There are some MASSIVE fish in there!!!!
