Hi guys i was having a look at the do it jig molds sight and noticed that it said the weight and the hook size you can use but it only had one hook size option is it possible to useeither one size smaller or larger than the hook size indicated cause the one i has intrested in had 1/16 in size 4 hook but i would also like to make them with a size 2 hook. also doesanyone sell these in brisbane like good quality ones cause i dont want a cheap one that will make crappy jigs if so for how much and do the fumes from the lead like do serious damage and do you think you would be alright if you wore a mask

I have the 8 x 1/16th Do-it mold and it accomodates size 2's no problem. All hooks aren't the same however, so if you've any doubts you may want to send Do-it an email.
An Australian distributor is importing Do-it molds now, but I'm afrad I don't have the name. If I find it I'll post it up for you.
Lead is HIGHLY toxic. When you're making the jigs you must not drink, eat or smoke, as this is an easy way for the lead to enter your bloodstream. Also you should make your jigs in a very well ventilated room or preferably outside if you are able. A mask will certainly help.

Ah crap... Dave, Ev, Mitch; we're all gonners. Mind you I think the lead particles gave the coldies a distinct "twang". :)
As for the moulds - I think Dave has a Do-it. It's bloody sweet.
