Morning all,
Just thought I'd get things going today.
What do you do to make yourself a better fisho. Do you just get out and cast as much as you can, try different lures and so on.
One thing I have been doing since the start of the BREAM comps is to spend 1/2 an hour or so a day casting around the pool with different lures on each of my rods. I change the lures each time as they can swim differently depending on the rod.
I use the edge of the pool as the target, hit it and I've gone too far. I have found it is a great way to see how lures react to the different types or retreival methods. Gives me a better idea which ones should be twitched and which shouldn't. It's also a good way to fine tune the changes you make to lure bibs and weight.
Ta.
