Hey all
Im going to get some soft plastics and was wondering what you think of these colour choices for a basic kit
CB Sliders
1. Pumpkin Shrimp
2. Muscadine
3. Grass Minnow
Atomic 2" fat grubs
1. Motor Oil gold
2. Pumpkin Seed
What do you think
Also, can the sliders be ished on a regular jig head?
Thanks
Matt

hi matt
it sounds like a good starter kit try to throw in a few brigh colours aswell like the atomic chartruse crawdadd which is one of my personel faverates.
but i would just make sure you have a colour to suit any situation.
i use normal jigheads on the sliders and they work okay.

Sounds like a good selection of plastics. In the dirty water i like the crawdad chartruese myself allthough I have caught some good fish on pumkin shrimp sliders in dirty water. That selection should cover you in most situations although im guessing that youll want to buy more like any one who buys softy's RICHO:D
Good luck and let us know how you go.

Matt,
Try a few packets of the smaller size Squidgies.
With the smallest size jig heads that you can get away with in the conditions of the day.
And if you haven't any already always have at least a couple of hard bodies in your tackle box.
Good Luck, once the addiction bites you good, you won't have to worry about having the right size or colour as you will HAVE EVERYONE THAT IS MADE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sounds like a good starter kit and yes sliders can be used on most jigheads. I use them on size 4 gamakatsu's and size 4 squidgie heads.
