What Trebles

just wondering wat brand and size trebles u guys use 4 ur hardbodies!?

Gamakatsu!?
Owner!?
VMC!?
Other!?

Gama`s Gama`s and Gama`s, we did have a nibble at the Owners for a little while, but straightened a few, so back to the Gama`s - still yet to let us down.

Size 10 for OarG rippers
Size 12 for Scorpions

Thats the best combo I can come up with. Although I understand there are some variations of the Owners, of which some may be OK, but Im not game enough to loose a fish to a dodgy hook by trying them. I have had good reports about the VMC, from one tackle guy who reckon he`s had Bream straighten his Gama`s, which he dosn`t stock of course???... which is why he said that no doubt.

Gama`s size 10 n 12 for me.

i use the gamas as well 10 and 12s you cant go wrong

I'm another with Gama 10s & 12s. I've seen the Owners straighten also.

The Owner fine wires are the best for the smaller lures - they don't bend that much but they do snap occaisionally which is why I only put them on the smallest of lures (size 14). These are the ones you guys must have been using because the stronger ones take a hell of a lot to bend - ask the GT I've caught on them!

On the bigger lures I use the stronger Owners which are stronger than Gamas and VMC, both of which I have had bend on bream. They go down to size 12. Sharper than Gamas and VMC as well.

When I put trebles on my lures I often take in to consideration whether they'll get hooked together, and how quickly the lure will rise/sink. So in truth I use a combination of Gamas, VMCs and Owners. I just prefer the latter because of the sharpness...

gamma's all the way!!

my 1st order from here was for gamma trebles and i wont change unless i get sponsored :D :D

also my lts stocks them so in a pinch i can get a quick fix if needed ;)

if the worst happens and i cant gamas then i'll use daichii
