hey josh,

u should be able to pick up some flatties and maybe a couple of bream there, as for lures i don't think you can go past the river2sea shed60 in gold for shorebased work. if you wanna catch some bream it might be worth fishing up round the causeway at the moment.

well for the sheds keep your rod tip down until it gets into the shallow water(30-50cms, you'll pick up alot of flatties here) to keep the lure down deep, and just a slow retrieve with a pause here and there and a faster twitch here and there as well, you can also use halco scorpions in the 52 size on flats and the 52 and 35 size when fishing for bream around snags and stuff. i like gold and mainly natural colours on my lures.

but also get some softies, some muscadine sliders and a pack of 1/16th ounce size 2 jigs is a good place to start but if the blowies are rampant switch back to your lures cos'they decimate your softies,

hope tis helps,

that is the brand of the lure, they are a 60mm lure with good finish, but if retrieved to fast will swim off to the side(dissapointing), but ppl say they catch lots fish.

yeh that's why they are good for bream they don't need to be retrieved fast, a slower retrieve is better for bream

and no they are'nt made of metal thy are made of plastic, but are still pretty heavy(5.5grams i think) so you can cast them pretty far

if you look on the breammaster home page, the river2 sea is the lure in the picture of the calendar, that is the gold colour.

Evileye, try taking the split ring off the nose and tune it moving the towing point, I do that with all River2Sea 60s now, crank them as fast as you want then.
