Bit of fun on Saturday

Hey,

Got on on Saturday morning, fished deep first up. The water has cleared and the fish seem to be on the move. I hooked up to really good fish that smoked me into the rock wall on a wriggler, fished for another 40 mins and didn't hook anything.

Headed up river, my fav stretch that had nobody else for the past month had quite a few people in the area. Water looked to silty had a few casts and no luck. Moved along and next spot looked better, very still day and couldn't raise a take on the surface. Deployed my fav chubbie and got into a patch of fish, not as big as prior weeks but consistent action and quickly put a few in the well.

Moved up high than I fished for a while, water wasn't to bad and picked up a couple of fish. Moved back down stream for the change of tide and thought I might pitch a few attomic prongs into the shadows and work them on the surface. Good fun, lots of slurps and the odd fish all on the stinger.

Good day without any real good fish, but fun none the less.
