Odd whiting at Docklands

Went to Dock again this morning with my friend. We starts at about 9:30. Hooks up 2 Odd whiting then couple of good size bream. Water is not dirty anymore and plenty of fish. This is the first time I caught a whiting at dock, never see them before, do they normally come visit the dock?

Just a quick question, are those two KGW?

i've seen one caught there recently, and heard of a few more. not uncommon, but i don't think they are generally very big.
