NEW Camera.

Looking for a new camera.
Wants something that would be good to take fishing with. Thinking maybe water-proof but something that takes really nice photo's at the same time.
Price would be $250.
I'm not good at camera's and what brands. So I just need some consideration to try and get the best camera for the price.

yea the Panasonic FT1 are discontinued now but if u could get a second hand one that would be sweet.

I just got the panasonic FT10 which replaced the panasonic FT1 they are a great camera and really great images
Verry happy with my purchase
B.T.W the Panasonic FT10 that i bought cost me $350 so a second hand one should be in your price range

its a great little camera

its 12 megapixel, 5X optical zoom
2.7 inch display screen, waterproof to 10ft, shock proof to 3ft
freeze proof to -14 degrees, and dust proof.
its an awesme little camera and takes great pics.
