4 lb fireline and ANSA ?

Spent a lot of time years ago fishing ANSA comps, with the debate over the real breaking strain of 4 lb Fireline, does anyone know how ANSA views it?

Hi Bluefin,

ANSA rules for line state that unless you are using pretest line you must submit a sample of the line for testing.

I would suggest that 4lb. Fireline would probably break at around 8lb.
Only a guess as I have not had it tested.
