new fisherwoman

Had my first couple of casts today at the Capel River, not far from where i live.

I had a couple of hits, but no hook ups. Boyfriend caught 2 bream just under size.

Had a great time, if anyone can give me a few more pointers, would be most appreciated.

The Atomic Grant I know of wouldnt have caught 2 undersize bream only. Our guy is a mighty stalker and hunter.:rolleyes:

And I guess your "private message" can be delivered a lot better than through Warren's board if thats the case. Put some pressure on the lad if you newed a new rod.

Believe it or not!! he is my man. and he really isnt all what hes cracked up to be hahahaha.

Nah hes caught some real beauties. Ive taken the pictures of them that he has posted.

he always buys new things for him... but never a rod for me...

Though when i was younger i had a rod for 10 mins..... but it snapped..... hahahaha

I will consider buying you a rod but after the story you told me about your first rod (snapping it while putting it in the car before you had even used it) i'm a little scared ;)
