We've played around with 1-3" plastics for a couple of years now whilst chasing bream. Of late a few "dabblers" have fine tuned their bass fishing techniques to show what can be done with bigger plastics.

Personally, I have been playing around with some drop shotting and texas rigging over the last 12 months with mixed results. Bottom line is though, bream will take bigger plastics. Largest plastic hit to date is a 7" barra worm !!! I didn't hook up but it shows they will ambush big plastics.

I'm interested in anyone elses trials and results to date.

Cheers

Warren.

Ive been trying dropshotting a bit using 2 and 3 inch worms with a bit of success as well.. I dont really have the right rod for it but I have been picking up a few. Deep water has been the key for me

Spot on Bubba. After a few trips we had to some spots I've been doing the same with the Paramax softies with some success. I wouldn't mind trying out a few of the drop shotting worms on Bream though.
