changing trebles to singles

after using hardbodies for the 1st time in ages and catching a few bream, ive remembered how hard it is to get 2 trebles out of a fish.

im thinking of replacing the trebles with a single hook but whats the best single hook to use?? most hooks ive got have an eye thats too small for the split ring. :(

any help is much appreciated

it pays to crush the barbs down ,if you havent yet then it is easy to get the trebles out.;)

already do peter....but after using softies for so long, removing 2 trebles compared to a single is a pain in the butt
