Swan River Trust decides not to prosecute after fish kill
An estimated 80 black bream died in a South Perth lake when groundwater with particularly high levels of ammonia and sulphides was pumped into the lake under a permit. The Swan River Trust decided there are not reasonable grounds for prosecution.
