bilge pump for 100lt livewell

Any suggestions on what type of bilge pump to run my 100lt livewell.
Im installing a permanent setup for the Bream comps ,and would like advice on type,size(to efficiently pump 100lts),how much$ and where to get it.

I would put a Rule 500GPH in it at least, i have a 70L livewell and it pumps alot of water. Also go with RULE pay the extra so you dont have problems later on, i went with the rule after another brand packed it in within a few weeks.
