Well we made it to the land of the brass monkey and let me tell ya its cold enough to freeze em off that monkey as well.
Had a great trip covering 4000km of all sorts of road and freezing our bums off along the way. Saw heaps of whales and their calves as well was hard to get a decent photo though.

Now this is probably one of the most freaky, well funny things we saw, a lake in Horesham that has obviously dried up but the ramp and the signs are still there it was really funny an goes to show how the drought has impacted.
To bad if you bought a nice new boat huh???

Only did the trip from W to E (and back) once, and that was without a boat - your lady (I assume) Dan is brave - sitting right on the edge like that:eek:. With a head for heights like that, she'd be good with a cliff gaff :D

LOVED the boat ramp pic - hahaha 5m from the edge - nothing BUT edge there. :p

I'm sure you'll have fun in Tassy! Better go and update your profile now (as to location) ;)

You're gonna love it over there mate. Try and get to the beach at West point (north west corner of Tassy) and drive along the beach to fish the estuarys along there, I did it on a motorbike. Absolutely the best untouched fishing in Tassy. You can put ya tinny in the estuary from the beach.

All i could find was one of the tassie locals when i zoomed in.

Bad case of inbreeding ?

I believe the White Kangaroo is a result of inbreeding due to a small gene pool, but I may be wrong.
