Long worms

Just occurred to me, but has anyone ever tried some of the longer grubs and rubber worms (pic below of what im meaning)

these have been dynamite on most fresh and estuary sportfish around the world
though i rarely see them used or even stocked here in Perth.
fished on a split shot "carolina rig" they really work well with active feeding fish

I think once i get my confidence up with othe SP's and HB's im gonna give these a bash

We tried something similar down at the Collie a few weeks ago. The blowies loved 'em. No luck with the bream though. Mind you the Collie was pretty slow all over that weekend.

I will have to try them again, next time we are on a hot session
