i am after some info on these guys can any one help ,i have a 601lfs which is wicked for hb,s, i am after another 1 for softies the shop where i go has some at a reasonble price the models are 601 mlxb-sti 591lxs-sti 591 mlfs would any of theses be any good i liked the look of the 601 but it was a baitcaster would this be any good

I suggest you dont purchase a baitcaster model as the spine of the blank will be on the wrong side and it wont perform as well. Also the trigger grip will become very agitating.

matchangler - 601MLXB is a baitcast model, what you want is something like the 631MMLXS or MLXS... I suggest you go and try them all out because everyone likes something different in a rod. Get something with a soft enough tip to cast unweighted plastics.
