Mate i reckon for consistant quality you can't go past a Daiwa reel,
there are heaps to choose from depending on how much you are willing to part with.
In the store here at Breammaster we have two Samurai reels and one of the Hardbody range the Laguna.
The Samurai 3I retails for $79.95 and comes with a spare composite spool and has 3 ball bearings
The Samurai 7I retails for $89.95 comes with a spare composite spool and has 7 ball bearings.
Then the Laguna retails for $169,all steel chasis, air bail, Daiwa Patented twist buster technology, spare alloy spool, both spools have an anti back lash taper and 7 ball bearings. I have 2 of them

Thanks both of you.
I think that i will probably go with the Samurai 3I reel.

Danial, the Samurai is nice and in the same price range you could also look at an Okuma AV15.

Geoff,
It doesn't have the "air bail" either, the Capricorn has that.
Hi
I will probably get the daiwa laguna instead because I have looked around a bit and it looks like a mutch better reel.
By the way what exatly does an air bail do??

The "air bail" is designed to work well with braided and fused gelspun polyethylene lines such as Fireline. It is a tubular construction rather than a solid stainless steel wire which is said to make it stronger, and the end where it leads the line onto the bail roller is metal with a very smooth transition from the bail arm to the roller.
The Laguna should work well for you, I have one and it seems fine, others who have them also report that they work nicely.
