I have never seen it:), but just out of intrest chops. what lb leader do you normally use? I have been Berkley vanish i thought 8lb, but it's 12lb:eek: Yet i've geen getting some good fish lately, no 47's though:D:D

Hi sambo oops i mean da'breamer, i use 8lb and 10lb vanish dont have any problems with
it myself. and it doesnt seem to spook the fish as you wouldve seen!
I'll change brands or type of leader once the vanish spool runs out, wich will be soon.
I also use the heavier leaders because of the mulloway that like to hassle the lures from time to time.

Got asked to try some in 6lb about a month ago by the guys at my favourite tackle shop (Adelaide) as they had got a sample from the Daiwa agent.

Only thing I could fault was I did need plenty of lube (spit) and a bit more care when doing up the leader knot (Albright) to help prevent the knot failing from heat/friction damage.

Have recently started to use Sunline V-Hard in 4lb and 6lb and cant fault it :)

I had the same experience with buff, even with LOTS of TLC and tying of knots (improved albright). The line would consistently break below the Improved Albright at the flourocarbon.

Not having any problem with MoiMoi or Yamatoyo

Hmmm, looks like thats one to cross off the list when getting some more leader material.
