New Fishing Laws

Hey Gents and Laides,
Im doing a essay and feature article for english on the issue of the new fisheries laws between lancelin and south of mandurah that come in place at the end of next month, that prohibit the catch of certain fish.
I was looking to get a poll and get a look at what people think of this?
any input will be greatly appreciated!

From what I heard it's only the commercial fishermen that have to worry about the new laws. Which is good. Seriously. Who rapes the stock like a commercial? You and I take enough home to feed the family, ie 2 snapper. They take home a boat full. They've also stopped the tangle netters for crabs so maybe you and I can get a feed of crabs this year. IS THAT A BAD THING?:D My 2 cents worth. Good value I recon.

the commercial netters are having the biggest impact on our fish stocks as everything that they net dies, its got to stop. I mean we go out for a feed of herring maybe a dozen whiting, the netters are out to net atleast a tonne of each species and they say its the recreational fishermen damaging fish stocks i mean cmon....
