here are some photos i got catching salmon off the beach at san remo, near phillip island.

both around 35cm and caught off the beach with bluebait and poppers at the same time.

today i tried warmies but along the pier on the right hand side but it was very quiet down there,
a kid down there had been there for 4 or 5 hours with bait:D and had only seen one guy catch a pink about 40cm i think

even the toadies wern't biting:D

I call salmon salmon and samson fish samson fish. However I call mulloway JEWS, JEWIES or JEWFISH! When you guys say mulla I always think mullet for some reason...:p :p :p

P.S. Nice salmonela (yeah sometimes that too) off the beach. :D

P.P.S. We NSW boyz don't get very many samson fish. Only very small ones around the 40-60cm mark every now and then. We have kingfish instead.
