Opinions? What do you think, in terms of room, comfort, stability, fishability, etc.
I'd be really interested to hear, as I'm looking at buying either one or the other.
All the best, everyone.

They are both in the same class so I guess you have a hard decision to make...
I'm 6'2" & 100kg, so not real small & the minnow has heaps of leg room...
After a while I might get a sore arse & legs but hey its a kayak not the hilton!!!
I store my lunch, sounder battery & drift anchor behind the seat, small fish box between my feet & lure boxes in between my legs, its cosy but not cramped...
In the time I've had my minnow is that it has opened up more fishing options for me & thats what I bought it for, to get me off the bank.
Which ever you buy Chris you will be happy I'm sure...

Thanks slabs, I'm of similar proportions, although slightly smaller in height and weight. Only slightly ;)
Really looking forward to getting my bum in one, should open up lots of wintertime breaming opportunites in the rivers.
I tried a minnow, and liked it. They also seem easier to find and purchase.

Oh, also, tell me about your drift anchor. Being new to kayaking, I need a bit of help with the gear! I can kayak alright, and have done a bit of rapid work, but never owned/outfitted my own.
Does it hold the kayak well in current? Size, weight?
Thanks mate.

Nuthin flash here mate...
1 medium black plant pot 20cm(take out plant 1st.), about 3m of nylon cord...
Simple as that!!!
Haven't tried it in much current but on an open estuary its worth its weight in gold, slows you down for a nice drift when the wind is up...
