The lighter models would be Ok for use with the heavier jigs and hardbodied lures. One of the two-piece baircatsers is called "Bass" and is described as a 5' 10" 3kg-5kg rod suited for up to 20gram lures.
The others that I've seen ar quite a bit heavier and would be better suited to Snapper, Barra, etc.

There are two spin rods in the Morrum Braid range which would be much better as Bream rods, I thinik a couple of the memebers here might have one of them.

I use a 2-4kg Spinning rod and its quite a nice fishing rod I think it is suitable for bream fishing!:D But I am thinking of getting a soft action fishing rod not because the Morrum is bad but I just need one!!!;)

I use a Morrum as well and quite like it.. Good for the price.
I havent really had anything big on it yet (35 cm is my best) but suits me fine with my Okuma Epix :)
